This gorgeous Grüner Veltliner is made from grapes grown on different terraced vineyards. The higher terraces with stonier soils yield steely minerality, while the lower, more-fertile terraces deliver the fruit. Blend the two for a terrific, light, spicy, white-pepper and green celery-laden wine.
