Since 1947 the most valuable wines of each vintage have been archived in the 700-year old “Vinothek” or wine collection. Intensive tastings of old and young vintages develop intimate knowledge of the vineyards, vintages and wine ageing styles.

With each of our wines we hold a part of our identity in our hands, proof of a fulfilling relationship between mankind and nature during a given period of time.
