Falstaff Guide 2016: Bründlmayer Lamm 2015 leads Veltliner ranking
“Vincent and Willi Bründlmayer are a sure bet for great wines from Langenlois” says Peter Moser in the latest issue of the Falstaff Magazin (Juli/August 2016)
The issue features all top 10 wines of the current vintage(es) sorted in ten categories. Bründlmayer Grüner Veltliner Kamptal Reserve Lamm 1 ÖTW 2015 leads the Veltliner ranking (97 p). Zöbinger Heiligenstein Alte Reben 2015 (96 p.) is rated third best Riesling, same to Bründlmayer Brut within the sparkling category, and Bründlmayer Chardonnay came out 4th in the “Burgundy varietal” section.
